Miss Melinda Kyzar is a resident of Summit, MS. She is a mother to four amazing children, Elaine (28), Peyton (27), Noah (21) and Autumn (9). She is currently working on her degree in Unified Public Safety Administration with a concentration in Emergency Preparedness. She works in government administration, emergency management and floodplain management for the City of Central and the City of St. George.  She has a passion for serving the community. Melinda holds the title of Miss. Mississippi for America Strong. She advocates for cancer awareness, research and support through the organization, The Echo Alliance. The Echo Alliance is an organization created by women, led by women, for women by supporting those affected by cancer. She describes herself as being very versatile and can go from a fundraising gala to mud riding side by sides. Melinda will compete in August at Miss for America Strong.
