Emily Newell is a proud North Mississippi native. She and her husband Jered have been married for seven years and are raising two daughters, Laura Beth (5) and Harper (3).

Emily works as a radiologic technologist with a focus in CT and orthopedics, where she brings compassion and care to her patients each day. Her passion for helping others extends beyond healthcare and into her community advocacy work.

Inspired by her youngest daughter Harper, who is neurodivergent, Emily created Harper’s Heroes—a mission-driven program dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals and their families. The initiative provides education, resources, and advocacy while celebrating the unique strengths that come with neurodivergence. Through Harper’s Heroes, Emily encourages others to embrace what makes them different and turn those differences into superpowers.
